Tire body of tire coupling is one of the necessary spare parts of tire coupling, which is divided into UL, LA and LB tire bodies accordingly. Tire couplings can be divided into male and female types, and male types can be divided into integral type with skeleton, boneless integral type and radial notch type. The inner side of the tire ring is bonded to the steel skeleton by vulcanization, and nuts are welded at the bolt holes on the skeleton. When assembling, the bolts are connected with the flanges of the two coupling halves, and the torque is transmitted by the friction generated between the tire and the flange end face by tightening the bolts, and the tire ring undergoes torsional shear deformation when working. Therefore, the tire coupling has high elasticity, great ability to compensate the relative displacement of two shafts, good damping, simple structure, no need for lubrication, and convenient assembly, disassembly and maintenance. Its disadvantages are low bearing capacity and large external dimension. With the increase of the relative torsion angle of the two axles, the external shape of the tire is twisted and the axial dimension is slightly reduced, which will generate greater additional axial force on the two axles, increase the bearing load and reduce the service life. When the tire coupling runs at high speed, the outer edge of the tire expands outward due to centrifugal force, which will further increase the additional axial force. Therefore, measures should be taken when installing the coupling, so that the stress direction in the tire is opposite to the stress direction generated during operation, so as to offset some additional axial forces and improve the working conditions of the coupling and the two bearings.
